Interactive Voice Responder (IVR)

The essence of the Interactive Voice Responder system is to improve on our Value Added Services and increase customer satisfaction via self-service through interactive voice response. Oak Pensions has also integrated the IVR system with the Call Centre system. This is a platform for customers to request their balances (active and retiree) and receive automated responses.

To use this service:

  • Dial 012953095
  • Press 1 at the voice prompt to listen to the IVR options.
  • Follow the voice prompts afterwards to listen to the menu.
